Sal is an experienced professional with 15 years in the risk and compliance field. She has spent most of her career at The Risk Advisory Group, a boutique investigations and intelligence consultancy. While there, she led two teams - the employee screening practice and a Business Intelligence team specializing in Asia. Both roles involved client program development, client support, business development, P&L responsibility, and team management.

Her marketing experience has included extensive public relations campaign management, media commentary, crisis management, content planning, events, and social media.

Sal holds a BSc in Management Studies from Brunel University and is a keen education volunteer in her local area.
