Robert O'Shaughnessy, our Senior Account Director and GTM Practice Lead, brings over two decades of experience in digital marketing strategy to Beacon Digital. He leads efforts on messaging, positioning, market research, and branding, and his top skills include Account Management, Brand Awareness, Content & Editorial Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Social Media Marketing, and Problem Solving.
Origin Story
Before joining Beacon, Robert operated a data-driven communications agency for 10 years, supporting national and local brands across various sectors including finance, real estate, healthcare, tech, and cannabis. Prior to that, he spent 8 years as a marketing VP at a web agency, leading the marketing team and the communications strategy for a software platform that was later acquired by Zillow.
Robert's passion for marketing extends beyond his professional role. He has served on the boards of startups, published articles, chaired the marketing committee of a national non-profit, and has been a guest speaker for groups across the country.
When he's not strategizing for Beacon, Robert enjoys:
